Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website or engaging BoostFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Services

BoostFlow provides revenue infrastructure, automation setup, CRM configuration, lead management systems, and related consulting services for service-based businesses.

BoostFlow installs and configures automation systems using third-party platforms and integrations. We do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes.

All services are provided as agreed in writing through a proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

No Guaranteed Results

While we design systems intended to improve response time, follow-up consistency, and operational efficiency, BoostFlow does not guarantee:

  • Revenue increases
  • Specific conversion rates
  • Lead volume
  • Business growth outcomes

Results depend on many factors outside of our control, including marketing quality, pricing, sales performance, and market conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Provide access to necessary systems and platforms
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws
  • Not misuse automation systems for unlawful purposes

Clients are responsible for the content of their messaging, marketing materials, and communications with customers.

Payment Terms

All fees, retainers, and setup costs are defined in the applicable agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Monthly services renew automatically unless canceled in writing
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services

BoostFlow reserves the right to modify pricing for future service periods with reasonable notice.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel recurring services by providing written notice according to the terms outlined in their agreement. Cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to refunds for prior services rendered.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, workflows, templates, automations, documentation, and processes developed by BoostFlow remain the intellectual property of BoostFlow unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their business data, customer data, and proprietary materials.

Third-Party Platforms

BoostFlow may integrate third-party software platforms. We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages
  • API changes
  • Third-party pricing changes
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party tools

Clients are subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoostFlow shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Data loss
  • Service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to BoostFlow in the preceding 90 days.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoostFlow from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Client misuse of services
  • Client violation of laws
  • Client communications or marketing practices

Termination

BoostFlow reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • The client violates these terms
  • Payment is not received
  • The client engages in unlawful or abusive conduct

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Updates

BoostFlow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
