BoostFlow does not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes. Results depend on factors outside our control.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws
• Obtain proper consent from their customers before sending communications

Clients are responsible for all messaging and marketing practices conducted using systems we implement.

Fees, retainers, and service costs are defined in applicable agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Recurring services renew automatically
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Clients may cancel services according to the terms outlined in their agreement. Cancellation does not guarantee refunds.

All systems, workflows, and materials developed by BoostFlow remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

BoostFlow may integrate third-party tools. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or disruptions caused by those platforms.

BoostFlow is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 90 days.

Clients agree to indemnify BoostFlow against claims arising from misuse of services or violation of laws.

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations, non-payment, or unlawful conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
